• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our ServiceNow platform. • This role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with developers to implement solutions within the ServiceNow environment. • A strong understanding of ITIL best practices and data design is essential. • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications related to ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future state, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the ServiceNow platform. • Design and document workflows, business rules, and other configurations within ServiceNow to meet business requirements. • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, data dictionaries, and training materials. • Participate in testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements. • Provide support to end-users, including training and troubleshooting. • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. • Contribute to the overall success of the ServiceNow platform by identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, including a strong understanding of its various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM). • Solid understanding of ITIL concepts and best practices. • Strong understanding of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong English communication (written and verbal). • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. • Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Experience with ServiceNow scripting or development. • Experience with other enterprise service management platforms. • Experience doing data and process analysis to improve system use.
