• Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager of Recruitment and Head of Workforce, the Recruitment Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA26 Recruitment team, and work in close collaboration with the Workforce & Recruitment organization and other key individuals responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to full life cycle recruitment efforts, including workforce operations and smooth coordination of onboarding employees as well as organizing important documents and communication between internal employees/stakeholders and external candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree (or similar level of higher education) preferred but not required • 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function • Proven experience in recruitment administration or coordination, preferably within a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software. • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Experience in training and developing junior staff members is a plus. • Flexibility to work with cross-functional teams in different geographical locations (e.g., Canada and Mexico). • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
