Requirements
• Don't want to work in sales • Want to delight customers and help them get maximum value • Technical experience as a customer support engineer • Interested in project management and implementation • Business acumen to understand clients' needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to tell success stories of value added to customers • Top-notch customer demeanor: patience, understanding, and empathy • Can learn and improve processes • Known for being smart and getting things done • General understanding of a SaaS environment and related technologies
