β€’ Don't want to work in sales β€’ Want to delight customers and help them get maximum value β€’ Technical experience as a customer support engineer β€’ Interested in project management and implementation β€’ Business acumen to understand clients' needs β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Able to tell success stories of value added to customers β€’ Top-notch customer demeanor: patience, understanding, and empathy β€’ Can learn and improve processes β€’ Known for being smart and getting things done β€’ General understanding of a SaaS environment and related technologies
