📋 Description
• Support in customer inquiries mainly by phone and email. • Follow-up on customer inquiries and offers by phone. • Collaboration in Sales for analysis and reporting. • Conducting target group evaluations and competitor observations. • Participation in the continuous optimization of CRM processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Enrolled student in a degree program (preferably in BWL, VWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik or related). • Unquenchable curiosity and the ability to understand complex relationships. • Very good German and English skills. • Customer-oriented demeanor and sociability towards customers.
