• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Versicherungsexpert:innen zusammen und unterstützt diese mit Deiner Kompetenz und Deinem Engagement im Vertrieb • Du unterstützt das Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen • Du optimierst und dokumentierst interne Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Servicequalität • Du prüfst und bearbeitest Anträge sowie Risikovoranfragen • Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen dem Sales-Team und den Maklerbetreuern, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen
🎯 Requirements
• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Versicherungskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich, idealerweise in der Sachbearbeitung oder Vertriebsunterstützung • Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative • Organisationstalent und eine klare Service- und Kundenorientierung • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamgeist • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Beratungstools • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) • Bereitschaft, uns in Vollzeit zu unterstützen
