β€’ Findem is HR 2.0, a fast-growth startup transforming talent acquisition. β€’ Work as a (Lead) Value Consultant to bridge client needs and software capabilities. β€’ Collaborate with the Exec Search GTM team and guide clients through onboarding. β€’ Analyze requirements, design tailored solutions, and conduct product demonstrations. β€’ Present onboarding strategies and provide technical support for clients. β€’ Influence product strategy with customer feedback and market trends communication. β€’ Conduct workshops for clients and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated understanding of executive search processes, methodologies, and industry best practices. β€’ Strong background in data analysis, statistics, or programming is highly desirable. β€’ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. β€’ Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction. β€’ Experience with CRM systems, data visualization tools, and/or analytics platforms. β€’ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is a plus. β€’ 5-8 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in software pre- & post- sales. β€’ Ideally 2+ years of experience working in executive recruitment, either at an executive search firm or in an internal corporate executive recruiting function. β€’ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
