Description

• The Director of Engineering Project Management will guide and oversee successful execution of major construction and automation projects across NAPA's supply chain facilities. • This role focuses on managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery and activation. • Lead a group of Project Managers based on-site during major project build-out. • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or an approved equivalent field. • 8 + years of experience leading large-scale construction projects, preferably within a supply chain or industrial setting. • Proficiency in project management software such as MS project, Smartsheet, Monday, etc. • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with contractors and cross-functional teams.
