Description

• Oversee a complex partnership with a nationally recognized health leader. • Own projects from ideation to execution with cross-functional teams. • Drive operational efficiency and process improvement. • Manage partnership operations committees and ensure success aligned with business needs. • Support the implementation of new systems and operational capabilities. • Develop strong relationships with the partner organization, serving as primary liaison.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, and/or business operations. Experience in healthcare preferred. • Experience leading multi-disciplinary, cross-functional strategic operational initiatives from design through implementation. Proficiency with Notion and other program management tools is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution. • Experience managing and building external relationships, collaborating in service of meeting shared goals. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities. • Comfortable collecting and interpreting data sets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to innovatively and efficiently navigate challenges.
