📋 Description
• Messeauftritte planen & begleiten: Mitwirkung an inhaltlicher und gestalterischer Planung. • Event-Begleitung: Unterstützung bei Messen und Events wie dem "Festival for Future" oder dem "Festival Playground." • Textarbeit: Unterstützung der Marketingleitung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Texten. • Contentplanung: Mitgestaltung von Inhalten für Instagram, LinkedIn, unsere Website und weitere Kanäle. • Content-Aufbereitung: Strukturieren und Anpassen von Inhalten für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle. • Content-Erstellung: Design von Beiträgen mit Tools wie Canva. • Social Media Pflege: Betreuung unserer Netzwerke, besonders während der Festival-Saison. • Pressearbeit: Verarbeitung und Archivierung von Pressebeiträgen. • ( Re ) design unterstützen: Mitwirkung an einem umfassenden Redesign, von internen Dokumenten über Außenwerbung bis hin zu Bekleidung und Printprodukten. • Materialrecherchen zu bevorstehenden Projekten • Webseitenpflege und -optimierung (Niedrigschwellig: Wordpress) • Fotografie: Produkt und Crewfotografie sowie Dokumentationen auf Events
🎯 Requirements
• Technische Kenntnisse: Erfahrung mit Tools wie Canva, InShot und CapCut ist ein Plus. • Exel, Powerpoint und Word Grundkenntnisse. • Kreativ & Social-Media-affin: Du bist am Puls der Zeit, hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media Arbeit oder Campaigning mit. • Selbstbewusst vor der Kamera: Du hast keine Scheu, vor der Kamera zu stehen und bringst kreative Ideen für moderne Content-Formate ein. • Inhaltliche Nähe oder große Lust, sich mit den Themen Kreislaufwirtschaft, Sanitär- und Nährstoffwende, Sanitärinfrastruktur, Kompostierung und Landwirtschaft auseinanderzusetzen. • Optional für den Bereich Grafik/Redesign: (je nach Interessen & Fähigkeiten) Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
