β€’ Help customers set up and adopt Finley software β€’ Develop processes for customer management β€’ Work with all teams at Finley β€’ Drive customer retention and renewals β€’ Craft project plans β€’ Train and enable customers to use Finley's software β€’ Own the ongoing management of Finley deployments β€’ Become an expert on best practices in account management β€’ Maintain accurate customer updates in Salesforce β€’ Develop initial processes for gauging customer health β€’ Proactively monitor customer usage to identify support opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company β€’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills β€’ Strong sense of customer empathy and desire to help customers succeed β€’ Interest in financial technology (academic or professional background in finance is welcome but not required)
