• Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unseres bestehenden Partnernetzwerks in Österreich und Deutschland mit. • Du betreust bestehende Vertriebspartner, baust neue Partnerschaften auf und pflegst enge Beziehungen, um nachhaltiges Wachstum sicherzustellen. • Du entwickelst Verkaufsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und hilfst dabei, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren. • Du analysierst regelmäßig die Performance deiner Partner, erstellst Berichte und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Optimierung deiner Partnerschaften. • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Produktteams zusammen. • Du repräsentierst Finmatics auf relevanten Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen, um die Präsenz unseres Unternehmens zu stärken und potenzielle Partner zu identifizieren.
🎯 Requirements
• Idealerweise lebst du im Norden von Deutschland • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebs- oder Partnermanagement – vorzugsweise im Bereich Softwarelösungen oder Finanzdienstleistungen • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie starke Kundenorientierung • Eine lösungsorientierte, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Eine proaktive und positive Einstellung gegenüber Herausforderungen und Chancen • Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld eines Scale-Ups, gekennzeichnet durch Flexibilität und eine agile Arbeitsweise • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie überzeugende Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und Abschlussstärke
