• finmid is a platform enabling software businesses to grow their revenue by embedding financial services in their product through a single integration. • We are seeking a motivated and energetic S&O Analyst to support our team in Berlin. • In this role, you will take ownership of key projects that directly contribute to revenue growth with our top partners. • You will collaborate with internal teams and have the unique opportunity to work in a cross-functional team environment, playing an essential role in shaping our operations and customer experience. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Conduct regular business reviews for key stakeholders to assess customer performance on metrics like volume, new use adoption, and buyer repayment behavior. • Onboard new customers and proactively identify customer challenges, developing solutions to improve our product offering. • Analyze data sets and customer feedback to identify trends and new opportunities. • Improve processes to ensure faster turnaround times and reduced operational loads for the team and end customers. • Take end-to-end ownership of projects and work closely with one of our founders.
• You have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field • 1+ years gained experience in operations, customer service, or a related area • You have excellent English & German language skills • You possess exceptional analytical and have experience with data analysis tools • You are analytical and enjoy structuring abstract problems into actionable recommendations • You are a fast learner and work well within a fast-paced work environment • You actively help yourself (and others) to be successful • You give and receive open, direct and timely feedback
