📋 Description

• Looking for a proactive and organized New Business Associate to join our team at Finn Partners. • Contribute to agency growth by supporting new business acquisition efforts. • Manage the RFP process, develop impactful proposals, and ensure execution of new business opportunities. • Research and identify potential clients across various industries and analyze RFPs. • Support team members through the pitch process and manage timelines and deliverables. • Work with PR and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies. • Manage new business leads and track progress using HubSpot or other CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. • Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM tool. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with other CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot). • Familiarity with various industries and their unique challenges.
