•Bachelor’s degree required. •5+ years of experience in proposal and/or project management. •Excellent interpersonal skills. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to details. •Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong supervisory and leadership skills. •Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as appropriate. •Ability to quickly learn about project details, risks, and organizational impacts. •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. •Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. •Willingness to learn new solutions to aid in success of cross-departmental project success. •Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute multiple tasks, and resolve issues impacting project success in a timely manner. •Skilled at listening and at sending clear, well-tuned messages (both verbal and written). •Keen attention to detail, self-motivated, and service oriented. •High level understanding of Fintech specific product risks, security requirements, and needs. •Experience managing implementations of SaaS applications. •PMP Certification.
