Description

• As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in driving our sales efforts by delivering compelling product demonstrations and offering expert guidance to our clients in the third-party debt collections sector. • Your deep understanding of our innovative solutions and industry dynamics will empower potential customers to see the tangible benefits of our offerings, ultimately supporting our financial objectives. • Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position. You must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. • Experience: • Minimum 4 years of experience in the third-party receivables or payments industry, with a focus on enterprise software solutions. • Proven background in customer service or sales within similar sectors is preferred. • RCM, Receivable Management Industry and third party collections experience • Technical Proficiency: • Familiarity with complex software systems and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively. • Experience with risk analysis and mitigation in solution delivery is highly beneficial. • Communication Skills: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and accessible manner. • Skilled at adapting communication styles to engage effectively with diverse audiences. • Proactive Mindset: • A collaborative team player who is proactive in advocating for client needs and initiating solutions. • Strong influencing skills to share insights and feedback with stakeholders effectively. • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet client needs and strengthen relationships.
