• As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in driving our sales efforts by delivering compelling product demonstrations and offering expert guidance to our clients in the third-party debt collections sector. • Your deep understanding of our innovative solutions and industry dynamics will empower potential customers to see the tangible benefits of our offerings, ultimately supporting our financial objectives. • Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. • Experience: • Minimum 4 years of experience in the third-party receivables or payments industry, with a focus on enterprise software solutions. • Proven background in customer service or sales within similar sectors is preferred. • RCM, Receivable Management Industry and third party collections experience • Technical Proficiency: • Familiarity with complex software systems and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively. • Experience with risk analysis and mitigation in solution delivery is highly beneficial. • Communication Skills: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and accessible manner. • Skilled at adapting communication styles to engage effectively with diverse audiences. • Proactive Mindset: • A collaborative team player who is proactive in advocating for client needs and initiating solutions. • Strong influencing skills to share insights and feedback with stakeholders effectively. • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet client needs and strengthen relationships.
