This role demands a high attention to detail, comfort in handling phone calls, strong computer proficiency, and effective collaboration with both internal departments and third-party vendors.
• 1 year experience in an administrative role • Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives. • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask, self-reliant • Experience working remotely (WFH) • Capacity to conduct research beyond the immediate scope • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Teams, and Outlook • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
