📋 Description

• Join a team that puts its People First! • Responsible for testing and developing quality assurance processes and procedures • Analyze user stories, use cases and requirements for clarity and validity • Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams • Develop quality assurance procedures designed to test programs per corporate and client requirements • Perform detailed functional, regression and performance testing • Utilize systems analysis techniques and quality assurance procedures • Collect data and use quantitative or statistical analysis techniques to interpret results • Communicate test findings and feedback to appropriate parties • Construct and maintain tools utilized in quality assurance procedures • Participate in quality assurance testing by documenting and maintaining test procedures • Collaborate with team members to update processes and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology • 3+ years of experience with quality assurance in a technology environment or advanced experience as a user with the enterprise system • Experience with SQL • Microsoft Visual Studio/Test Manager or comparable Automated Testing tools • Microsoft Office Professional Edition • Ability to utilize excellent time management skills and work in a fast-paced team environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment • Attention to detail, especially in documenting and troubleshooting errors • Analytical thinker and problem solver • Experience working in a Continuous Integration environment • Experience with tooling: Git, Fiddler, Chrome Developer Tools, etc. • Experience in browser testing with Selenium WebDriver or similar products • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Automated testing tools • Programming Languages – C# a plus
