📋 Description
•Redapt Inc. is a pioneering world-class data center infrastructure integrator, technology engineering firm, and cloud services provider. •We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst to support our SAP to Oracle Fusion migration project. •This role will focus on the migration of critical business processes related to the Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) modules. •The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into effective Oracle Fusion configurations. •Responsibilities include Migration Strategy and Planning, Business Process Analysis, Configuration and Implementation, Testing and Quality Assurance, Training and Support, and Continuous Improvement.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. •5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years focusing on Oracle Fusion implementations or migrations. •Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) modules in Oracle Fusion or SAP. •Extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes in ERP systems, specifically with SAP and Oracle Fusion. •Proven experience in SAP to Oracle Fusion migration projects, including data migration, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support. •Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and business stakeholders. •Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process mapping. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically in a fast-paced environment. •Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Applications) and other related tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Reporting).
