Description

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, translating business requirements into actionable insights through data analysis, propensity modelling, and development of BI reporting. • Capture data requirements to design and develop marketing data models. • Create and maintain marketing campaign performance BI reports. • Analyze the quality of data, understand its impact on performance, and determine root causes. • Segment customer data to improve experience and drive value through improved targeting. • Assist non-technical colleagues in understanding results. • Collaborate with external agencies to extract and supply transformed compliant data for marketing activities. • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and relevant standards/regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in statistical modelling • Extensive experience coding with T-SQL and/or Python, manipulating large datasets • Extensive experience in analysing marketing data • Experience using Power BI, Power Query and DAX • Experience of a marketing / insurance environment advantageous
