Description
• Support understanding and delivery of all acquisition/persistency KPIs to ensure budget targets are met. • Carry out analysis to support the identification of risks and opportunities to meet business objectives. • Share thoughts with the team to continually progress methods and team knowledge. • Access and analyse large amounts of information, data and market intelligence from multiple sources to create insight. • Support acquisition/persistency Performance manager with forecasting, budget and retrospective analysis processes. • Support the acquisition/persistency Performance manager with the Daily Trade stand-ups.
Requirements
• Analytical mindset • Worked with large datasets (greater than 1 million rows of data). • Previously worked in Insurance • Forecasting experience – Daily Phasing, bridges/waterfalls and budgets • Experience working with PCW data • Experience using SAS or SQL
