β’ Responsible for making and taking calls to help clients with debt. β’ Only considering candidates with recent Debt Settlement / Debt Relief sales experience. β’ Must enjoy being on the phone and put forth effort to be successful. β’ This is a phone sales position with quality leads provided. β’ Qualifying, handling and converting inbound leads into clients. β’ Making outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services. β’ Assisting customers by gathering information on their financial situation and presenting possible solutions. β’ Managing a client pipeline and ensuring proper follow-up.
β’ At least 1 year of recent debt settlement, credit counseling or related experience. β’ The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline. β’ Must be energetic and self-motivated. β’ Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). β’ Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools. β’ Must have a suitable workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
