• Delivering highly engaging online and in-person product training • Developing training content including planning, producing, writing, recording, and sharing • Ensuring public safety agencies receive superior product training and access to training content. • Conducting customer training and creating knowledge base articles, release notes, training videos, and other instructional content. • Serving as a subject matter expert and influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction. • Delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of firefighting/EMS experience • Technical experience managing or implementing software platforms within your fire department • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in adult learning environments • Self-directed with strong organizational and time-management abilities • Project management experience • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities • Ability to travel to deliver in-person customer training • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
