Description

• Lead multiple engineering programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality. • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to drive program success. Facilitate communication and resolve dependencies across teams. • Identify potential risks and issues early in the program lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate impacts on timelines and deliverables. • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders. Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and milestones. • Continuously evaluate and enhance engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery speed. • Oversee and coordinate product and cloud releases, including scheduling, communication, QA coordination, and post-release follow-up. • Support strategic initiatives, leveraging expertise to contribute to the successful completion of ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an engineering program manager within an engineering or technology environment. • Strong understanding of engineering principles, the software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies. • Proven track record of managing complex programs with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Quick ability to grasp complex technical details and effectively remove roadblocks. • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to planning and executing ad hoc projects. • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, or similar platforms. • Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
