Description

• Coordinate/elicit/refine requirements for software modifications, custom enhancements, and system-to-system interfaces • Write and maintain appropriate documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, procedural documentation, etc. • Work closely with Technical Analysts and Developers to transform requirements into designs and estimates • Write test plans and test cases to ensure changes which are made to the application meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained • Conduct a variety of tests, such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests, ensuring changes made by developers are correct • Support developers during the development process • Support the client in their testing efforts

Requirements

• Extensive, direct functional experience with FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) solutions. • 5+ years’ experience working with, or for, financial institutions with direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing. • Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting how applications and systems interact to support business processes. • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Bonus if you have demonstrated experience mentoring, guiding, advising, and/or checking the work of less experienced business systems analysts. • Experience with other lending solutions.
