Description

• You will be working with the client in software design meetings and analyzing and interpreting user needs to determine technical requirements. • You will be writing technical specifications and business requirements documents and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries. • You will be presenting technical solutions to the client in a non-technical, business focused method via use of storyboarding, and demos. • You are naturally inquisitive, a self-starter and work well in a team environment. • You love a challenge!

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. • A minimum of 5 years design and usability/business analyst experience in a financial services research and development environment, or banking/financial industry. • Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills. • Bonus if you have experience with Auto Suite, specifically Auto Finance and the financial industry. • Functional knowledge of traditional Project Management and Agile methodologies. • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
