Description

• Own the entire documentation strategy and governance aligned to the greater organization. • Integrate with engineering and product teams to document product releases on an agile development cycle. • Rewrite existing user guides and API reference documentation for clarity, grammar, and styling. • Establish and maintain a documentation framework with version control across many products using customer feedback and metrics to iterate on documentation improvements. • Contributing to the team style guide, release notes, glossary, and other supplementary materials to enhance our documentation and provide writing guidance to our organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent experience creating an end-to-end technical documentation lifecycle. • 5+ years of recent experience in technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, human readable instructions. • 5+ years of recent experience with SDK or API documentation for a technical audience. • 5+ years of recent experience testing code using tools like Postman. • 5+ years of recent experience interpreting code so that it can be explained to users. • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and design teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Experience with major content management systems. • Ability to take feedback and use it to iterate on your work.
