• Support Retail Experience Managers in daily activities • Manage spreadsheets for costs and time • Ensure data entry accuracy for Capex Budget • Maintain a library of executed jobs • Handle digital support team for display issues • Process repairs and maintenance requests • Manage annual R&M budget • Work within internal formats for capturing requests

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience and skill in project coordination – a specific link to Trade/Exhibition display projects would be beneficial • Intermediate level of skill in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Exceptional planning, attention to detail, communication (oral and written), document management, and relationship-building skills • Design experience preferred but not required
