Description

• Looking for a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team. • Provide essential support to our project managers and teams. • Conduct site visits to inspect and document progress. • Maintain project documentation up to date, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project coordination experience, particularly in the construction industry. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Experience with inspections, documentation, and photo management. • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail. • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites throughout Montana. • Familiarity with construction and fiber communication projects is highly preferred.
