Description

• Responsible for overseeing structured cabling projects from inception to completion. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress. • Coordinate with teams, vendors, and subcontractors. • Identify and mitigate project risks. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. • Design structured cabling packages. • Produce detailed design documents including space requirements and drawings. • Collaborate to integrate cabling systems with building technologies. • Ensure installations meet quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • Project management certification preferred. • 2+ years of experience in project management and structured cabling engineering. • Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, industry standards (e.g., BICSI, NEC, EIA/TIA), and building codes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing project requirements. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
