• We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of key projects across our organization. • This role will focus on coordinating deliverables, managing project scope and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. • The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving projects that align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and of the highest quality. • The Project Manager will also coach and train project team members to facilitate adoption to our Organizational Project Management processes and standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in the mortgage industry and with projects of comparable scope and complexity. • PMP or CAPM Certified • Knowledge of change management methodologies, techniques, and processes. • Knowledge of resource management tools. • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams. • Ability to influence without authority. • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Flexible, adaptable and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Stellar public speaking skills. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. • Proficiency with Jira software. • Experience in coaching or training is preferred. • Experience in the Mortgage industry is preferred.
