Requirements

•Minimum of 2 to 4 years of project management experience with consulting services projects, preferably with marketing automation projects •Minimum of 2 to 4 years of direct experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g, Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze) preferred •Demonstrated ability to deliver consulting services projects •Excellent mix of business, technical, and process knowledge •Proficiency with managing Software-as-a-Service implementations •Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills •Mentoring and people development capabilities •Demonstrated expertise with project management and quality assurance best practices •Creative and logical problem-solving abilities •Exceptional client services and support skills •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment •Advanced listening skills and written and verbal communications •Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative •Must be eligible to work in the United States
