Description

β€’ Join Five9 to lead technical selling of their On Demand Call Center software. β€’ Collaborate on sales proposals and provide pre-sales support to the Majors Sales Team. β€’ Act as a contact center SME to deliver presentations and manage complex issues. β€’ Meet strategic sales objectives while guiding product strategy.

Requirements

β€’ Education - Bachelors or Equivalent Experience Preferred β€’ Years of experience - 15 Years Preferred β€’ Extensive on-site and web-based Executive presentation experience and skills β€’ Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective customer relationships. β€’ Proven record of successful solution selling, demonstrations and presentations to close deals β€’ Technical aptitude and a high degree of self-motivation to learn new technologies. β€’ Enterprise architecture design β€’ Contact Center industry experience
