β’ 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience successfully selling solutions at the C-level. β’ 5+ years of direct sales management experience. β’ Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment and longer term strategic sales. β’ Experience managing and building a team of successful SaaS and/or Cloud sales professionals. β’ Total comfort demonstrating SaaS/cloud-based software and discussing it with prospects. β’ Strong track record of exceeding company sales quotas. β’ Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower team members. β’ Experience in territory management and planning. β’ Proven expertise with teaching, coaching, and training sales methodologies. β’ Willing to travel at least 50% and as needed throughout the region. β’ Excellent C-level communication skills. β’ Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills required. β’ Bachelor's Degree required.
