Description

• Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. • We're looking for a Legal Operations Specialist who will support various administrative requirements of the Legal team. Responsibilities will include contract administration, ebilling, filing, Slab maintenance, program management support, research, support of systems and tools, and various responsibilities as may be necessary to support and optimize how Legal operates. • This is a full-time, remote position based in the US. • Technologies You'll Use: Ironclad, SimpleLegal, Coupa, DocuSign, Salesforce, Height, Slab and Slack.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal and/or legal operations professional. • Prior experience at a high-growth private company. • Proven success in supporting e billing and/or contract administration. • Experience with eBilling from vendor setup to payment processing, acting as liaison between Legal and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of vendor spend. • Prior experience with program management with project plans, task tracking, meetings, presentations, training, and requirements gathering. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a resilient, results-driven mindset. • Creative, resourceful, and able to navigate challenges effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
