Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent • 2+ years of contact center experience and/or comparable Flagstar Retail Banking experience • Bachelor’s degree or some level of college coursework (preferred) • Financial Services experience (preferred) • Salesforce or comparable CRM experience (preferred) • Expertise with MS Office Suite (preferred) • Expertise with DNA or comparable banking applications (preferred) • Working proficiency in the Spanish language (preferred)
