Description

• Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Flapen’s brand voice and goals. • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies. • Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting. • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner. • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand advocates. • Analyze competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvement. • Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance and return on investment (ROI). • Ensure compliance with social media policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). • Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management. • Social Media Platform Expertise • Strategic Thinking and Content Planning • Project Management and Collaboration • Customer-Centric Mindset • Trend Awareness and Adaptability • Community Management and Engagement
