β€’ Oversee all b2c and b2b marketing, from in-store to social and everywhere in between β€’ Create and deliver innovative marketing plans that drive brand awareness and shopper acquisition β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to develop market-specific approaches, working in lockstep with our regional managers β€’ Own the development of marketing assets and content across channels, producing sharp creative briefs that inspire internal and external creative partners β€’ Ensure all outgoing brand messages are cohesive and compelling across tactics such as in-store, web, performance marketing, organic social, etc. and aligned with objectives, channel, and audience β€’ Work closely with Communications, as well as other internal teams and external partners, to ensure flawless execution of integrated programs β€’ Build a results-driven culture through proactive analysis, leveraging self-service dashboards and briefing analysts on key units of work, to ensure continuous improvement across all marketing initiatives

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 7 years in consumer marketing, with specific experience in tech or grocery tech required β€’ Demonstrated experience in strategic and creative campaign development β€’ Understanding of b2b marketing best practices, including ABM β€’ Ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets and manage projects through initiation to completion β€’ Deep understanding of strategy, planning, implementation, and idea generation β€’ Experience developing cross-channel campaigns, with specific experience building compelling in-store activations and bridging the gap between digital and in-store β€’ A strong network of industry contacts β€’ Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, navigating ambiguity and delivering stakeholder alignment β€’ Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline (equivalent work experience will be considered) β€’ Bilingualism (French or Spanish) is a bonus
