• Complete VAT registrations in the Netherlands and ensure compliance with local tax authorities. • Manage the One-Stop Shop (OSS) process for selling in other EU member states. • Provide ongoing support for VAT filing and compliance across the EU. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of VAT-related activities and alignment with sales strategies in Europe.

Requirements

• Professionals experienced with VAT registrations and filings for Hong Kong-based companies operating in the EU. • Expertise in registering VAT numbers in the Netherlands and managing OSS for sales across various EU member states. • Proficient in navigating EU VAT regulations and compliance requirements, especially in an e-commerce context involving high-value products. • Ability to handle VAT-related issues for businesses selling through Amazon and independent websites. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Dutch or other EU languages is a plus. • Experienced with digital tools and platforms used for VAT management and e-commerce operations.
