📋 Description
• To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global Product Line Manager - Modular • Critical Power business needs strategic leadership in Global Product Line Management • This team will be pivotal in driving our product portfolio expansion of Modular Datacenter Infrastructure products • Ensuring market share leadership via organic and inorganic growth • Fostering a culture of excellence within the organization • The team will possess a strong background in P&L management, customer relationships, market strategy, pricing strategy, and operational excellence • Research and development with a keen focus on sustainability and compliance (IEC and UL) with industry standards • This team will be compromised of SME's that will play a leading role in driving thought leadership for the product line • Work across other Flex business units to position Flex as a leader in the space.
🎯 Requirements
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training, Master’s degree preferred • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of management experience • Electrical product experience • Proven track record in P&L management and strategic planning • Strong understanding of market dynamics, M&A processes, and industry standards (NEMA/IEC) • Experience in sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies • Must have direct leadership experience, communication, and interpersonal skills • Hyperscale and Colocation market knowledge preferred
