• Lead a global commercial team responsible for strategic account activities in medical equipment. • Manage and grow Flex Health Solutions’ business through strategic plans and customer engagement. • Accountable for key financial metrics and customer satisfaction. • Drive sales discipline and strategies for market penetration and expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development & account management, in the medical equipment space. • Ability to understand customer needs and utilize Flex capabilities to create a winning value proposition. • Expertise in creating comprehensive customer account plans, account-based marketing, sales processes and complex proposals in the Healthcare/ Medical industry. • Related experience with marketing, commercial, operational, and financial management. • Proactively provide direction to a cross-functional team to meet customer expectations and deliver financial results within the medical industry. • Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical areas within Healthcare by leveraging a functional knowledge across multiple business elements with the ability to understand the strategic impact of each in the proposed customer solution. • 40-50% travel. • Medical Equipment market / product experience.
