Description

• Kroll’s Cyber Risk team works on over 2,000 cases a year across the globe. • Looking for a Vice President focused on Strategy Enablement of Cyber and Data Resilience service line. • Collaborate with leadership to execute prioritized business strategies and improve teamwork. • Manage budgets, coordinate with departments, and provide business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree highly desirable • A minimum of 5 years work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or related industries. Understanding of the pace, expectations, working environment, and cadence of a large professional services organization • Strong orientation to team culture and cross-functionality • History of driving complex internal and external projects in the face of ambiguity • Demonstrated drive for results through a history of achievements and strategy • Strong knowledge of the business, finance, and analytics • Proven history of dealing with ambiguity with innovation and creativity • Experience managing a diverse team • Experience with technology implementations preferred • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment. • Proven interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Excellent written, verbal communication, and reporting skills
