📋 Description

• Catalis is a leading government SaaS and integrated payments provider • Role involves management of geographically dispersed application development teams • Foster growth and efficiency within assigned brands • Drive applications toward modern product and web designs • Oversee technical processes from design through development, testing and deployment • Collaborate with development managers and peers for standards and consistency • Work with partners and vendors to mature development teams and practices • Support business and technology goals accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience • 8-10 years of progressive experience writing code and building applications as a developer, senior developer, and a software architect • 7+ Years experience in Software Development Leadership • 7+ Years experience in design, development, QA and delivering software products • Completion of Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) related training and passing a secondary FBI Level background check required for accessibility to criminal justice information. • Advanced Degree or Professional Certification is preferred • Experience building and deploying systems into public cloud using established tools and technologies • Experience with Agile / Kanban development methods and practices • Experience in development with technologies appropriate to the brands in the vertical. • Excellent organization and communication skills • Budget and Forecast management and reporting • Strategic thinking • Creative and Innovative use of technology to solve problems • Excellent problem solving • Leadership and Management
