Description

• Catalis is a leading government Software as a Service (SaaS) and integrated payments provider. • Responsible for the management of application development and software delivery for the Payments vertical. • Foster growth and efficiencies for the vertical with high-quality payments software solutions. • Manage application development teams, establish goals, and oversee coaching and career development. • Drive applications toward modern product and web designs. • Drive development using modern methodologies and tool sets. • Provide guidance for planning and prioritization of resource conflicts. • Oversee technical processes from design through development, testing and deployment. • Collaborate with Information Security team to ensure compliance with established standards and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. • Advanced Degree or Professional Certification is preferred. • 5 Years experience in Software Development Leadership. • 7 Years experience in design, development, QA and delivering software products. • Experience with payment software is required. • Experience building and deploying systems into public cloud using established tools and technologies preferred. • Experience with Agile / Kanban development methods and practices preferred. • Experience in development with technologies appropriate to the brands in the vertical preferred.
