Description

• Kate Farms is a medical food company focused on nutrition. • The VP of IT leads the IT department, developing technology strategies to meet company objectives. • Engages across the enterprise to implement strategic IT vision. • Oversees data architecture and management to build data assets for value creation. • Implements AI/ML technologies for sales effectiveness and individual customer engagement. • Manages IT operations, including system administration, network management, and cybersecurity. • Leads and mentors an IT team, supporting diverse hiring initiatives. • Ensures compliance with regulations and standards for data security.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology in senior leadership roles. • Experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical nutrition, biopharma). • Solid understanding of data architecture, management, IT governance, and compliance. • Proven track record of driving IT initiatives at senior levels. • Strong business process knowledge (commercial, operations, finance). • Excellent knowledge of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure. • Commitment to company mission and values. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a master's is preferred.
