🎯 Requirements
• Deep experience within LTSS and HCBS; past roles in LTSS plan leadership are a huge plus • Demonstrable track record of building and scaling clinical or care management operations. • Deep understanding of Medicaid LTSS programs, policies, and challenges • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
