Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Advanced degree (MBA, MA in HR) preferred • 10+ years of experience in HR advisory, transformation, or consulting roles • Experience managing a large team globally • Proven success in managing large-scale HR transformation projects • Deep expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and digital HR systems
