🎯 Requirements

• Design and implement WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. • Develop and maintain responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. • Optimize WordPress installations for speed, scalability, and performance. • Implement and manage API integrations between WordPress and third-party services (e.g., CRM systems, payment gateways, marketing tools). • Create and manage custom RESTful APIs as needed. • Utilize AI technologies to enhance site functionality and user experience. • Develop custom automation scripts and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. • Design scalable, maintainable, and effective architectures for WordPress solutions. • Create high-quality WordPress plugins that extend the core functionality of WordPress. • Maintain and upgrade existing plugins and ensure they are compatible with the latest versions of WordPress. • Manage code repositories using Git, implement branching strategies, and ensure smooth code deployment. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards. • Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital solutions. • Mentor junior developers and provide leadership in technical decisions. • Perform debugging and troubleshooting of WordPress sites and applications. • Ensure quality and accessibility standards are met through testing and validation processes. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, WordPress, AI, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on WordPress. • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL. • Strong experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin development. • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP). • Familiarity with AI and automation tools and frameworks. • Experience with version control systems, especially Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Experience in leading technical projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus. • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and deployment practices. • Experience with performance optimization tools for WordPress. • Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation.
