📋 Description
• The Talent Development Lead will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating high-impact talent development strategies that drive employee engagement, performance and retention. • In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create tailored learning programs, and launch enterprise-wide talent development initiatives that align with Flipp’s goals. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing high-impact learning initiatives, with the ability to inspire and support a diverse, global workforce. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, extremely tech-savvy, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a full-time contract role until February 2026.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related HR field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs independently • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and development tools • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning platforms, and other training technologies • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and translate data into actionable insights • Knowledge and experience with managing large-scale program launches end to end using the ADDIE model
