• The Manager, Revenue Operations will drive FloQast’s operational excellence across the revenue organization by aligning people, processes, and technology to optimize revenue growth. • This role will ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to succeed. • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Partners, Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal, and Customer Success, to establish seamless workflows, implement data-driven strategies, and foster continuous improvement. • This supervisory role will lead initiatives to optimize processes, enhance forecasting, and refine tools and methodologies to support scalable growth. • They will build and lead a team of analysts and specialists to support all areas of the business, collaborating closely with executives, sales leadership, and other RevOps functions. • Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field (SaaS experience strongly preferred). • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce Administrator preferred). • Knowledge of MEDDPICC methodology and CPQ tools. • Leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing operational teams. • Strong analytical skills with experience in ARR calculations, projections, and commission plan structures, financial and strategic planning. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. • Familiarity with other operational disciplines, including Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Partner Ops, is highly preferred.
