Description

• FloQast is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to contribute to the Marketing team. • Responsible for creating, launching, optimizing, and reporting on B2B paid media programs. • Play a pivotal role in achieving revenue objectives through paid media programs. • Work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager. • *Visa Sponsorship is NOT available at this time*

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of B2B Paid Media marketing experience • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads is a must • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and performance metrics • Experience with budgeting and financial management • Demonstrated success in utilizing internal data to inform investment decisions • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with excellent communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
