Description
• Your key role will be to bridge the technical and business worlds. • You will collaborate across the company and will be responsible for products from inception to launch. • Lead and motivate a team of engineers. • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback. • Manage the execution-focused Product Owner and align with engineering. • Identify and drive new features, ensuring they align with both business goals and technical feasibility. • Keep both internal and external stakeholders informed of progress, milestones, and challenges.
Requirements
• Ability to understand technical concepts around enterprise software and text messaging systems is important. • At least five years of product management experience. • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments. • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams. • Ability to clearly articulate product direction, challenges, and decisions to a wide range of stakeholders. • Prior experience in the telephony or messaging space is a plus, but not required.
